Ploes Luxury Cottages consist of two independent dwellings set in 6000m2 of beautiful gardens! Retaining their charming Kefalonian farmhouse exteriors, the cottages have been drawn seamlessly into the 21st century with pared-back contemporary interiors.

The cottages provide the perfect luxury retreat built in spacious gardens with varied fruit trees (figs, apricots, walnut, pomegranate, lemon, oranges olive and many more), vineyards, flowers and herbs. Discover our flora by walking through the garden, feel free to collect fresh fruits from the trees and use them in your food and drinks.

Nestled above the cliffs overlooking the amazing cove of Pessada the cottages are within close proximately to the sea, so guests can enjoy a cool breeze through the trees and in the evening can delight in the night sky.

The two cottages can be used together for friends and family or rented independently. There is a private drive to each of the properties, which are situated at 70 m apart.
Both properties have fully fitted kitchens, making self-catering easy and enjoyable, even for the most demanding guests.

Eleni Cottage, a romantic, traditional cottage with two floors and relaxing outdoor areas ideal for couples or families. Just in the middle of a garden full of trees, flowers and herbs above the sea, this idyllic cottage will make your vacations unforgettable! 

 

This two level cottage consists of an attic bedroom with private shower.

The first floor balcony has stunning views of the garden,Mount Ainos and the sea. 

On the ground floor there is a double bed and a sitting area which can be visually separated by a light construction.

The space has a relaxing sofa, an open and fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a decorative fireplace and a second bigger shower room. 

Eleni also enjoys the luxury of the outdoor ambience, with sitting and dining facilities within the trees. Visitors can even enjoy the sunrise early in the morning, as well as the moon rise behind the mountain and the night sky full of stars and away from the lights. 

Just on your doorstep along a stone staircase footpath you can reach Vrissi beach, if you continue over the rocks you can visit the beautiful, small, sandy beach of Ammos.
