Eleni Cottage, a romantic traditional cottage with two floors and relaxing outdoor areas. The first floor balcony has stunning views of Mount Ainos, the cottage’s garden and the sea. The beautiful garden gives the authentic sense of vacation in the Mediterranean Sea between herbs and fruit trees.
MELITI
Meliti cottage offers amazing sea and mountain views from all outdoor areas, but especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

Ploes Luxury Cottages consist of two independent dwellings (Eleni & Meliti) set in 6000m2 of beautiful gardens just above Pessada beaches.

The Owner
My name is Christiana, I am an archaeologist from Kefalonia living mainly in Athens. I spend a lot of time in Kefalonia, which I totally adore. My aim is to warmly welcome my guests and create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The furniture, equipment and decoration are selected by me with extra care to provide you with luxury and comfort. I will be happy to welcome you soon in one of my properties!
Ploes Luxury Cottages are nestled above the cliffs overlooking the amazing cove of Pessada and the Ionian Sea and mount Ainos. The access to the two beautiful sandy beaches is by a few steps, so guests can enjoy morning and afternoon swims and amazing views from around the property. The cool breeze from the sea and the smell and taste from the fruit trees and the local herbs are giving a colourful and relaxing atmosphere. In the evening, you can ease in the outdoor furniture to enjoy the night sky.
The two cottages can be used together for bigger groups or rented independently for couples and small families.
Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.
